@Coinvo Indonesia which is not an African country was poorer than the 1960s sub-saharan economy: 1950–1965, its GDP per capita was around $70 during the 1960s. Right after independence and 100 years after colonialism, south East Asia were poorer not richer while colonialists got richer.
