This is on top of a terrible flight where the on-flight entertainment didn't work on @airindia and when the plane started leaking water ON THE INSIDE, the stewardess' solution was to just plug the hole with tissue

Never. I repeat NEVER fly with @airindia! They are not cooperating with sending me my luggage knowing full well that it has my medicine in it! I really need it for tomorrow and they are refusing to even update me about where my suitcase is!

@airindia I don't appreciate you ignoring DMs but responding to public tweets so that it appears that you're looking into the matter to everyone else. Please can you focus on providing a decent level of customer service and actually respond the the inquiry.
