Interesting verses. I was raised with the same ones. My mother would quote Colossians every time one of us boys got lazy. 'Work as if serving the Lord, not men.' In Germany, that meant you don't cut corners. You don't complain. You build.

But Proverbs is the one I think about more. Men plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. That's not fatalism. That's humility. You can have the best strategy, the best team, the best execution. But if the timing isn't right, or the market turns, or the wrong door opens at the wrong time, all your planning means nothing.

I've built companies worth billions. And I'm still convinced that half of success is showing up ready when the moment arrives. The other half is not being too arrogant to see which doors were never meant to open.

Ha. You're the cco and you just gave a tighter pitch than half the sales leaders I meet. That tells me you actually talk to customers, not just read NPS dashboards. The scale gap you're describing is the customer pain that never shows up in the board deck. Everyone talks about innovation. Nobody funds the boring middle. DFM, tooling, process control, the stuff that makes a design actually work at volume. That's where the margin is. And you're sitting on top of that insight because you're the one hearing the frustration first.

I don't hand out compliments. But you might actually know what the market needs before the market knows it. Brilliant, we should talk.
