I agree, the no turn on red sign is easily seen in the video, but let me clarify a bit the intent of my comment. In Raleigh, NC, I've seen the no turn on red signs up high on the stoplight pole, near the actual stoplight, and where you would expect a stop sign. Visible yes, but no consistency. I've seen digital too and even the metal signs are not all in the same format. I know FSD can handle all that and just isn't consistently doing it yet like it is for construction zone type signs.
If I'm parking and not FSD, backing in allows me to get within 2 inches of the curb because I can see the tires in the side mirrors. I am always practicing the Tesla Ruby exercise program; anyway, parking far away from everyone else when I can. When pulling in, I feel like I cannot see as well as I want to over the hood. I'm not short, but I'm not 6' either. Once you have the big backup screen and lines guiding the way, you just sort of stop pulling in.
It's always hard to know with an issue like this if the current release is to blame or if it would also have occurred on the prior release. The OP didn't say if this is a regular route. Also, real barrels would have been a lot better than those tiny stop arms. We have so little consistency in construction zones. I hope the driver said Critical and also explained with a Bug Report. I also wonder what speed profile they were in.
@TeslaNewswire Nice. Just installed the Tesstudio version. A mix of the two would be great. This one has an easier install. The Tessstudio version has voice control and LED lights!
Sorry for the confusion about the numbers. I should have included the 2026 before the 14.6.6. We went for a drive this evening and had two navigation issues that caused @don_nc and me to disengage. One time, we got into the right turn lane for a left turn. The map showed a left turn, and the left turn signal was on. The other involved issues navigating to our local WM from Harris Teeter. We experienced navigation going wrong between the two shopping centers exactly the same way on a prior release.
@DoctorJack16 Yeah, 2026.14.6.6 apparently brings the spring update and FSD 14.3.3 together. Things were simpler when Telsa didn't have 14 in both the main software # and FSD release #.
