@DriveTeslaca It’s May 17 unless you have a Premium interior vehicle *and* it’s less than a year since you took delivery, in which case expiry date should be 1 year from delivery date.
Just a heads up that the Tesla app should now show the expiry date for any free Supercharging KM’s you may have received at delivery or through referrals. Check your Loot Box screen for details.
@langdon Agreed, especially when the price difference is minimal. Tesla generally doesn’t mark up their parts anywhere close to what some other OEMs do, and $60 to replace your blades once a year or so is reasonable.
Now available on Tesla Online Shop: Model 3 Wiper Blades. A good option if you don’t want to mess around finding 3rd party blades that fit properly. https://t.co/WMKVY6Kib5
@TeslaTot I believe @tesla_talks tried the Michelin ones from Costco last year, so he might have some thoughts. They’re currently $16 each but not sure if they’re all plastic or metal.
@Tesla_Habib @TeslaTot If this is the case then $30 isn’t bad considering you don’t have to bother looking for a compatible 3rd party blade. A good quality non-OEM metal blade will cost around $25 anyway, so it’s not a huge difference.
@Tesla_Habib Assuming they have the correct mounting they should work. Last fall I checked at Canadian Tire and they only showed their store brand as fitting, but they may be relying on Bosch to update their compatibility lists which I’ve found are often lagging behind when it comes to Tesla.
