Dear Elon Musk,
I ordered a Tesla Model YL in April after being told delivery would be completed by June in Japan.
Now I’m told it will not arrive in time. No compensation, no free Supercharging, and no cancellation refund.
Delivery delays can happen. What disappoints customers is not the delay itself, but the lack of accountability when promises change.
Tesla can succeed in Japan, but trust matters deeply here.
Please reconsider how Tesla Japan handles these cases.
