Failing is part of the process of learning. At times, students (&teachers alike) have to go through failure in order to learn what works &what doesn't. If we don't know how tripping &falling feels, then we'll take walking &running for granted.
The teacher must create a safe and friendly environment for learners, and use interesting themes and material to keep them motivated and engaged. Also, the teacher must remind learners that it's a marathon, not a sprint. #teacherlife#PGCE#CELTA#teachertwitter#ESOL
