If you’re as terrified as I am of Abdul El-Egypt or Big Tech Benson ruining America/Michigan, you should be focused on calling them out - not Mike Rogers or John James.
I have lost my patience with the “My candidate or communism” crowd.
Get over your pride. Save Michigan.

A physician submits a clean claim and gets denied.
A fraud ring submits fake DME claims and allegedly gets millions.
Incredible payment integrity system.
BREAKING: Ilana Gritzewsky, who was held hostage by Hamas, just took the floor at the United Nations to confront Reem Alsalem, the UN rapporteur on violence against women. Her dramatic testimony:
Special Rapporteur, your report speaks about violence against women. Why is there no mention of Hamas?
On October 7, terrorists stormed our Kibbutz — murdering, kidnapping, and burning.
I was beaten and mutilated before blacking out.
I woke up half naked with seven terrorists standing over me, not knowing what happened to me in those lost moments.
I went through days of pain and horror in captivity, and even now the feeling of being powerless and violated still lingers.
I came back with a broken hip, a broken jaw and a shattered soul.
People see my face and think I’m free. But freedom is not a switch. Trauma doesn’t vanish once you are released.
Now, every air-raid siren, and every rocket from Iran, throws me back into that hell.
On October 7, and in captivity, Jewish women were raped, abused, and humiliated.
And you, Special Rapporteur, you chose silence and denial.
Ms. Alsalem, you said there was no evidence of sexual violence on October 7.
I am standing here today — not as a report, not as a statistic.
I am a woman who survived. I am the living proof of sexual violence by Hamas.
When I and other Israeli women begged not to be raped, why were you silent?
Please look at me. Do you believe us now?
Will you apologize?
Medicine trains physicians to survive broken systems.
Residency teaches endurance. Hospital employment teaches compliance.
Payer contracts teach dependency. Academia teaches prestige instead of ownership.
So you end up with some of the most capable people in America becoming financially passive inside the industry they make possible.
They can manage life and death. They can carry a complication at 2 a.m.
They can explain risk to a family with precision and grace. But the contract that determines how their labor is valued?
Someone else handles that.
The building?
Someone else owns it.
The ancillary revenue?
Someone else captures it.
The payer relationship?
Someone else controls it.
The system is brilliantly designed to keep clinical intelligence separated from financial control.
And once those two were separated, the physician becomes labor.
Highly trained. Highly respected. Highly billable.
And still labor.
The good news? This can be rebuilt. Physicians can learn ownership. They can build balance sheets.
They can own the contracts, the buildings, the ancillaries, the networks, and the infrastructure around their work.
The same discipline that made them excellent clinicians can make them excellent stewards.
Independent medicine is not dead. It is undercapitalized. And undercapitalized is fixable.
Tech in 2010: “Physicians owning hospitals is dangerous.”
Tech yesterday: “Why is healthcare so centralized?”
Because you helped centralize it, genius. You supported the ban on physician-owned hospitals. You know the ones with transparent prices working directly with employers.
Then you blamed physicians when the hospital cartel controlled the beds, scanners, operating rooms, referrals, and prices. The physicians were never the gatekeepers.
Physicians were the competition. Tech helped remove them.
Im going to bed with an absolute heaviness in my heart that I haven't felt since the October 7th massacre, and I've felt pretty down at times watching your suffering.
Im not an Israeli. I'm not a Jew. Im just a woman who loves and supports them, and I can't bear to see what is happening in our world towards them.
If you're seeing this, I just want you to know you are not alone even if it feels that way right now. There are many more like me who's hearts are heavy, and our minds are troubled by the helplessness we're feeling watching this disgusting world, and the leaders of it who know better. And should be better than this.
Please keep your head high. I see your light. 🫂❤️💙🤍

My fourth observation from the grooming gang report:
The NHS treated a 13-year-old rape victim for STIs including chlamydia in the throat and vagina, gonorrhoea, genital warts, and pelvic inflammatory disease, and later treated her again for injuries caused by gang rape, without ever once filing a safeguarding referral.
Our precious NHS, which this country treats like a second religion, is happy to lecture pregnant mothers that they are not women but “uterus havers” and “chest feeders”, yet repeatedly failed child rape victims right in front of them.
Britain is broken.
