@SwiggyCares This is next level of unprofessionalism by @Swiggy @SwiggyCares . First they requested to DM for resolution and then offer 150₹ coupon. This is some kind of joke. My order was worth 810₹. The order was not delivered due to incompetency of @Swiggy. I need refund nothing else.

@Swiggy is a company which makes fool of its customers. Ordered some items vide order 232808166197293. Order shown delivered but nothing delivered. After 24 hours when I lodged complaint after checking in my society, @Swiggy told that we don’t entertain complaints after 24 Hrs.

@SwiggyCares @swiggy @SwiggyCares I am still waiting for resolution. If you don’t provide the refund by today then perforce I will have to approach consumer court. I am not sure why are you taking so much time. You can call up the delivery person and ask him. That’s the only thing required.

@SwiggyCares I am disappointed by your team for the excuses they are giving that after 24 hours nothing can be done about the complaint. It is not a flight booking. I ordered something which was not delivered so why should I pay. The answer provided by Swiggy team is totally unprofessional.

Like yesterday, the traffic jam at Alexander M Kadakin Marg continues. @dtptraffic fails to do anything once again because right now- NO VIP MOVEMENT. So normal public may suffer, traffic police doesn’t bother. TOTAL CHAOS!!

They are not bothered, VIP seva is their primary duty, normal public may fend for themselves. @narendramodi I believe that our Hon’ble PM doesn’t believe in VIP culture.

Condition of Alexander M Kadakin Marg in Chanakyapuri close to Hotel Taj Entry gate. Vehicles parked in 4 rows. Nobody to check. With just one lane left for traffic, Where will the traffic go? Very inconvenient for residents of in this area. It is long pending issue, no respite.

When the police is breaking the rules then it is sad state of affairs and nothing can be done. @dtptraffic @DelhiPolice

@dtptraffic Many of the vehicles belong to Delhi police Security HQ personnel other than guests at Taj. It is a regular affair.

@dtptraffic As usual massive traffic jam at San Martin Marg in Chanakyapuri and there is no traffic cop. People are driving on wrong side blocking incoming traffic. This is regular affair.

Daily to cover just 4 kms from Central Secretariat to Taj Hotel it takes 45 mins to 1 hour. And if there is VIP movement then this time may reach 2 hours also. Our dear Delhi citizens cannot learn discipline so traffic police needs to handle it in stricter manner.

Most of the times the jam is created due to traffic control by traffic policeman. They don’t have any scientific method to know that which side more traffic is coming and they just work on their gut feeling. We commuters face long jams.
