@bambamcanefan @jmo911 @Average00037367 @DarrigoMelanie Mmmm…. Nope. The Enhanced REAL ID states show citizenship due to documents required. All 45 others require what you said, OR proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage/rent agreement, etc.) AKA Green card holders, Student VISA holders, etc.

You can get REAL ID in the 45 states that shows you are a citizen or are documented (perm residence, green card, etc.). Enhanced ID with the flag, available in 5 states denotes citizenship

@EllieDnHarlem @allenanalysis 5 states folks. Michigan, Minnesota, Vermont, New York and Washington are the only states with Enhanced RealID. That is ID that can be Driver’s license but has an American flag symbol if you have proven citizenship. Most other states, RealID has a star that shows residency.

@Silver_Buck @briannalyman2 Passport is expensive for a LOT of people, especially during times when people are TRYING to afford food, gas and other things people need to survive. Birth certificates are easier but not always easy to obtain, especially if someone moved or was born outside USA.

@LordAzFromOz @tommysantos14 If 6 men can’t detain and arrest him (which they aren’t allowed to do anyhow considering he wasn’t near a border or had an immigration issue), that doesn’t give them the right to use deadly force.
