Got locked up September 2024. So he’s been inside 22 months. Got sentenced to 120 months, gotta do 85% totaling 98.4 months. Deduct the 22 he’s done and that’s a smooth 76 months to do. He can get GCT if he stays out the way & if he aims for a GED they’ll deduct 42-54 days off per year which can total out to over 300 days. So he can knock off a year. So drop that 76 months down to 64 if possible. Earliest he might touch back out is 2031 but an outdate beats no date
