@instagram My Instagram account got deactivated and I'm unable to even fill the form too it says confirm that's you in Instagram , which i already did . But still I'm unable to get my account back . Could you let me know how to get my account back

Hie I'm actually unable to get my Instagram disabled account . I'm trying to fill the forms too but couldn't fill a single form ( it shows check your username , and confirm it that it's you in Instagram ) .
Please tell me how to reactivate my account @instagram @Meta
