I remember the days where #Texans fans blamed all of the problems we’re currently having on the QB. So many of us argued it was more about the pieces around than the QB. We were all ridiculed told good QBs make everything around them better. Oh those were the days..
@HimothyMunyun@Dune_in_Katy Where did I bash him? Are you 12? Original post asked what he’s good at. He’s good/great over the middle. Struggles to be consistent outside. That’s not bashing. You tag me first.
@HimothyMunyun@Dune_in_Katy There’s a lot more than this man. If you want to think he’s just perfect and doesn’t have any areas to improve then by all means continue being a casual.
@HimothyMunyun@Dune_in_Katy Shows strong over the middle and weaker to the outside compared to the top end starters, like I originally said. Doesn’t include this season which he was worse outside the numbers. His accuracy isn’t as good as touted out of college. Go watch film for yourself not highlights.
@HimothyMunyun@Dune_in_Katy It’s proven in metrics. He’s been way more effective inside than outside the numbers. He’s usually late progression wise going from in to out, doesn’t mean he can’t get better. Meat riders man
CJ Stroud just played the worst half of football I have ever seen by any QB in my entire life, at any level, under any circumstance. This is significantly worse than the Nathan Peterman game. This is a war crime, a hate crime, a capital crime, and an act of war on mankind.
Drake Maye has been great when he isn't busy fumbling almost every time he is hit. Which is... not good, either.
@bordeauxyt I’d say it got way worse from the start. Started out amazing and I still love the game but definitely needs upgrades. Had to take a long break from the game.
@DropOutHouston@JeremyBranham There’s literally all kinds of sites that have all the advanced analytics you could ask for. The question was “do you think stroud is doing a good job” my answer was no and listed the reasons why. He’s got a long way to go if he wants to be as “elite” as everyone has pegged him.
