@JeramyKitchen All Local Politicians are Democrats when it comes to wanting control and to raise taxes. Most Local Politicians do not even know we have a Bill of Rights….state or Federal. The Constitution is a wallflower if it gets in the way of their agenda.

@KatrinMarquez @LegeLawyer 100%. It should be required. Every senior student must pass the test and attend the ceremony. That is a hill I will die on. The respect, the admiration, the emotions….it is real. I felt about 2” tall after I attended.

@JeramyKitchen I think I have to run for office. Just to fix the education system to make civics, constitutional law, and the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers necessary learning. Once in 9th grade and again in 12th grade.

@JudgeDillard You know the Judges used to be lawyers? And when the BAR (Judges included) do not address frivolous arguments and general misbehavior, even if it is only a slight line crossing, the BAR is no longer self policing. We end up here. Bad judges, bad attorneys, and bad law.

@EWess92 This is a moral failure by most courts and judges. Instead of providing guidance to prevent wasting money…. “Just do it again; correctly, this time.”

I miss the old school judges that gave some unfiltered advice to make problems go away.

@dpottzzz @The_Fair_Ground This is the way. I have done it to Wind Turbines, Natural Gas Compression stations, and chicken farms.

The issue remains that as society changes we change and the law will change. Asking the govt to regulate everything is asking the govt to mess up everything
