@oonahathaway @BCLawReview Just to be clear, we transition our board in April/May. I can't imagine doing so before the February wave! But that doesn't eliminate the learning curve issue re: improving the process. Reform is going to need to come from law profs and schools, not students serving 1 year terms.

@oonahathaway @BCLawReview And this year was just wild. For context, in 2020, our peak # of submissions was 73 in a day. In 2021, it was 137! And that trend holds for all of February. Our number of reviewers didn't change, and I don't think we realistically could have anticipated the need.
