DOL's Watchdog Said the Secretary Never Used This Power.

In 2020, the Department of Labor's own Inspector General found the Secretary of Labor had never once exercised statutory authority to launch H-1B investigations — and that only 5.9% of investigations finding violations resulted in debarment.
