Multiple district championships, a state title appearance, and numerous players now playing at the next level. That’s the standard set over the past 7 years.
Grateful for the opportunity. Big shoes to fill at a big-time program.
Excited and ready to build on that standard.

Beyond the Lens: Theovisuals
Theo Udume — known around the basketball world as Theovisuals — breaks down how he went from shooting music videos to basketball and how one high school game changed the entire trajectory of his career.
“I seen a dude that was at UTA, and he used to shoot music videos… I just got on YouTube, I was like, man, how do you shoot a music video?… Got on YouTube, learned how to shoot a music video…and then one day I was like, man, let me go to a high school game and see how this works.… My first game was at Little Elm — South Grand Prairie versus Little Elm — you had RJ Hampton, Tre White, Tyrese Maxey, Chris Harris.”
No Fear in the Schedule
Fort Worth Christian Head Coach Stephen Mawire explains why his team never shies away from competition — taking pride in facing the best public schools across Texas to measure growth and elevate the program’s standard.
“I’m always going to challenge us to play people that are on paper better than us, have more talent than us, because I think that’s why you play. You have to keep having measuring sticks. There’s nothing better than being able to compete with a school that has probably 1,500, sometimes 2,000 more students than us and be on that same playing field.”
