A handwritten sign appeared in the elevator Monday saying, WHOEVER KEEPS WALKING THE BROWN DOG AT MIDNIGHT, PLEASE TEXT ME. I assumed somebody wanted to complain about barking. By Wednesday, three more residents had added their numbers. The dog belongs to an elderly man on the fourth floor who recently had knee surgery, and different neighbors had quietly been taking turns walking her without coordinating. The sign was from a woman trying to create a schedule. They now have a group chat called Linda’s Staff. I joined after covering Friday night. Linda is the dog. Her owner isn’t in the chat because everyone agrees he would try to pay us. Linda is the only resident in the building with seven personal assistants and no rent.

​Remember when Trump walked into the Federal Reserve and called out Jerome Powell for hiding the real cost of their "luxurious" renovation? The media laughed, but today the Department of Justice isn't laughing.

​U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro just opened a criminal investigation into Powell for allegedly lying to Congress about the scope of this $2.5 billion disaster.
​Powell tried to claim there were "no special elevators" and "no new marble." Now, subpoenas are flying because documents show he might have been hiding the truth to protect his seat.

​Trump smelled the fraud months ago. Powell says it's "political pressure," but the facts don't lie. You don't get to spend billions of the people's resources and then lie about it under oath.

​The hammer is finally dropping on the Fed.
