@NoThanksIRS You are absolutely correct and the Lieber Code Article 7 says it ONLY affects subjects and aliens and "subjects" are things that exist by government authority or permission. I don't know about you but I am NOT a subject!

We are under Martial Law and Lieber Code 10 explains it!

Irwin mostly relied on Constitutional arguments. That never worked because the Constitution is irrelevant in income tax cases—it’s presumed u voluntarily incurred the obligation.

Not sure he ever challenged what “wages” means. I don’t think so.

My guess is they won’t process that without a number & will not consider it a valid return due to lack of sufficient information &/or they could claim it is not an “honest and reasonable attempt to comply with the requirements of the tax law” which is part of the “Beard test”.
