Many of you know Mr. Terry Penn. He is retiring as Director of Transportation at Rockwall ISD. He has been a good friend and leader. He is going to be working with TASBO and consulting, so you may see him around still. He has meant a lot to NTAPT in the past. Happy Retirement!
