There is a body of a woman lying lifeless on badagry expressway (ibereko area). The right authorities please look into it.

Why I stopped tweeting about the future of education.
The 15s answer: I got bored of being Greta Thunberg.
The long answer: I want to be Tony Stark instead...
You see, when I started on X, I knew I wanted to write about education.
My background as a homeschooler gave me an edge against most creators. When building my audience I took a lot of courses and the general theme for content was simply to use a tool called Twemex (now Tweethunter X) to scrape through the best tweets and threads from creators in our niche and create a watered down version of it.
So that's what I did. Back then probably the only big account in the education niche is @rebelEducator. They had like 21k followers back then (which was only 11 months agoπ¦).
I would rewrite some of their content into my own tweets (I basically modeled the hook, and then write the body of the tweet myself). I also used proven hook structures to write more tweets in the learning how to learn space -- since this is something I was interested in. Everything was going fine for the first 1 - 3 months, but afterward, the cracks started to show.
I felt very disconnected from the content I was sharing and I felt like I was just copying other creators. Most of the time I was following the narrative of trashing on the school system and then pivoting to some tips or lessons that I had to share.
But let me tell you, being the Greta Thunberg of education was no easy task. On a surface level, every tweet that talks about how corrupt the schools are and how it kills creativity gets lots of traction. Creating content was relatively easy but just imagine you being the creators... everyday reading 100+ comments and DMs reinforcing how horrible school is and how it has wasted their kids' childhood.
I am glad I provided a platform for you to express your frustration, but I was like a trampoline taking in all the jumps. As the account grew, more people bounced on. If I kept up with that pace, I could have snapped.
My account was growing, it had good engagement, but I wasn't providing any value to anyone, but instead trying to "raise awareness on the problem of education."
My purpose with @LearningToan is to help students reach their fullest potential, and at first, I thought the only way to achieve it was through homeschooling or alt education, but that's simply wrong. I have come to understand that you CAN stay in school and still have a wonderful childhood. You may disagree but in every challenge, there is an opportunity. That may sound cliches, but not every family has the courage or privilege to let their kids homeschool, especially for family with a low level of education, who has the belief that a college degree is the only way to go.
And for me, I've developed a new mental model: If you can't escape the game, you may as well beat it.
This is why I decided to pivot back to learning how to learn space.
Regardless of whether you are a student, parent, or educator in or outside the school system, learning how to learn is a transferable skill that, when done right, will pay off a hundredfold.
If students learn the right skills for efficient studying, they can have the same freedom as a homeschooler.
Now I don't really care if you're in or out of school. I just want to help you reignite your joy for learning, become curious, and love learning again.
That's it.
Now to the $100M question: Why the Tony Stark of education?
1. Start in a cave with a pile of scraps: I am privileged enough that my parents support me on this journey, but other than that, I have excess resources lying around, in a way this is a blessing for me.
I always wanted to live in a car, shower using the swimming pool changing room and live on instant noodles. I think this will build my character to become the best version I possibly can be. Because how can I change education, if I can't even change myself?
2. With money comes possibility: If I want to really make disruptive changes in the education space, I will have to find a way to make enough money to first sustain my lifestyle, and then invest in all the skills and businesses that need it the most.
In my pov, I see nothing wrong with mixing education and business. If the students are getting the transformation they signed up for, the teachers/ tutors deserve to be paid well.
3. Breakthrough comes from innovation and technology: Finally, I believe technology is the great equalizer. It's only a matter of time and form before someone can pull all the right strings together to turn the internet into a world-class education in fractions of the cost. I want to be part of that moment. Not just a kid screaming into the void, but someone working in the frontier making changes happen.
I want the story arc like Tony. Starting in the cage, but through reading, learning, and experimenting, I will find a breakthrough that will eventually give me the money and resources to scale my impact, fight Thanos and if needed I may sacrifice for the greater good.
And that's why I stopped trying to be Greta so I can become Tony.
Thank you for reading to the end.
For anyone who followed me from day 1, I will not forget you.
For now, I won't make any promises. I am working on projects in stealth, and I am not ready to share them with you yet.
But whatever happens, you can be sure I will ALWAYS serve humanity.
If you have any thoughts or stories you want to share, comment below, and we can discuss them.
