What a fab day with @yr3melthamce making flags inspired by Roman textiles for their #History lesson. Using vegetable dyes to colour the background, they printed their own Roman inspired symbol onto linen, wool & cotton, then added some gold "metal of the gods" leaf #textiles
Our arts council children have had a fabulous day taking part in different textile workshops @HuddersfieldUni as part of our @Textilesinplace project. It was amazing to see the degree show & learn different textile techniques from other children. @phf_uk@WovenInKirklees
