Starting after cycle 1070, Tez Nebraska will switch to payouts every 3 cycles. This will save on transaction fees. #Tezos

Submitted my vote on Quebec. Why the pass? Still don't like the delegation power drop to 33%, but don't want to vote against progress. I like the 9x external stake, but would've traded that for keeping 50% delegation power. #tezos

@alisis_official I'd vote for Qena if not for the reduction in delegation power. I'll vote pass due to that, and don't want to be a nay vote against faster block time and 9x limit. If Exploration fails, I might try a Q proposal that's Qena w/ baking power kept at 50%

@BakingBenjamins I thought Qena42 kept the 5x staking multiplier. I checked the repo commit summary https://t.co/0G1mf2Asf3 and didn't see anything that looked like a jump from 5 to 9. I don't fully understand the code, so I could've easily missed it.
