Maybe I'm impatient , but sometimes I feel like people proceed slower when they realise that you are waiting on them to wrap it up .

ie - Someone gets in their car to drive out but because they see you waiting to take up their parking space , they'll sit in the car and just occupy parking space .

Do you experience this sometimes ?
