The tell is who showed up, not the candle.

Clearpool is not a meme listing. It is a lending desk for institutions. They voted to run borrower pools and unsecured loans on XRPL, with Hex Trust handling custody. In Seoul, Ripple’s Monica Long said they are also trying XRP as collateral for short-term payment loans. The full lending feature is aimed at 2027.

Same tape, different buyer. Software is already paying software on XRPL. Agent payments on the ledger were reported past 10 million. OpenAI spent the weekend arguing with its own bots and testing ads inside image generation. Those bots still need a place to pay that finishes in a few seconds and does not spike the fee.

Hedera is doing the other job. Its identity product landed in IBM’s cloud catalog, dollar stablecoins on the network were reported up about 71% on the week to roughly $48 million, and the price is sitting on the $0.10 line. Company paperwork and tokenized assets. Not a payments clone.

Brazil is already where a huge slice of the tokenized assets on this ledger live. Seoul is the Asia chapter, with a surprise slot on the agenda. Next week a treasury company expects to hit Nasdaq under XRPN.

Blast said the economics stopped working. Costs bigger than revenue, no path to fix it, users told to pull funds by Oct 26. Another L2 that launched hot and could not pay its own bills.

@evernorthxrp is not walking toward a planned Nasdaq listing as XRPN with a generic campaign. They partnered with @JcRivera and @bearchampxrpl.

Bear Champ was not invented for a ticker. He was a Chicago artist’s fighter long before this moment: take the hit, find your feet, keep swinging.

That is why this lands. A public XRP treasury company is putting XRPL culture in the front row. Apparel. Storytelling in chapters. The community that absorbed a decade of punches now has a seat next to the bell.
