I sincerely apologize for commenting here, but I have been unable to reach the team through email.

On 07 January 2025, I accidentally sent 500 TRIAS (BNB Chain) from my Trust Wallet to the TRIAS BEP20 contract address instead of my MEXC deposit address.

I fully understand that this was my mistake and that blockchain transactions are normally irreversible.

I am not asking to reverse the blockchain transaction. I only humbly request that the team review my case and let me know if any administrative or technical recovery mechanism exists for tokens accidentally sent to the TRIAS contract address.

I have already contacted contact @trias.one and contact @netx.world, but I have not received a response.

Even if the answer is simply “recovery is technically impossible,” I would truly appreciate an official confirmation from the team.
