On average, a student spends nearly ₹6,00,000 a year preparing for NEET, including coaching fees, hostel or PG rent, food, travel, exam fees, study material and other related costs.

That means 22 lakh families together spent around ₹1.32 lakh crore on NEET preparation alone.

₹1.32 lakh crore!

This is equal to Govt's entire Education Budget for a year.

Think about it. Families are spending as much on one exam as the Govt spends on education.
