Where to even begin?
There was this one time where I was in a collab with this one streamer who just kept reading horrifying sequences of words from their chat instead of FOLLOWING ME THROUGH THE HIDDEN CITY BECAUSE WE HAVE A LIMITED TIME TO KILL ASTIEL AND IF YOU SAY "LOOSE CA-
Do you guys have any bad collab experiences?
My worst one was a couple years ago with a VTuber. We were supposed to play Valorant together, but something came up on their end. They canceled less than an hour before we were scheduled to go live. I get that emergencies happen, so I reached out to reschedule… and got completely ghosted. A short while later, they even unfollowed me.
We had similar-sized audiences, so it wasn’t like I was a nobody to them. I was just left hanging with nothing. I hope they were okay, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
I will never come down off my high horse if this ends up just being a "UE5 remaster"-ass remake. If they fumble the chance to make OoT into something more, I'll never let the 64heads live it down.
This is the most mixed reaction I've seen out of a Nintendo Direct in a while. I think that just means it was the most "a little something for everyone" Direct in a while.
Main complaint: Not a lot for the 1st party franchises
Main hype: Duskbloods
All my Nintendo YouTuber friends with their backroom Nintendo connections tweeting things last week like "I'd bet money there's a Nintendo Direct on Tuesday".
Like, yeah, of course you would. Its called insider trading and you're not supposed to be proud of it!
@realMax0r I think of it kinda like how the Invincible show changed things from the comics in a way that made both stand on their own merits. Simultaneously, if I ever had to try and "accurately remake" one of my old pieces, id drive myself off a cliff.
Welcome to Square Enix HQ, where we take pride in producing the "E-dating Capitol of the world" MMO and the one FF game everyone remembers but cut into pieces like a mob boss sending you your kid back one finger at a time.
I will spoil nothing. It was very good. I am happy and content. No one sang and the person in the seat next to me was not smelly. All my expectations were exceeded.
In the car outside the theater mentally preparing myself for the inevitable "person who starts singing along to The One Who's Running the Show in a crowded theater"

@SmilodonnaVT I love all the people saying "you'd just deck yourself" it just showcases why the MTG community needs the catchphrase of "reading the card explains the card".
Mister Fantastic's draw is a "may" effect. You can choose to stop the loop at any time by just not drawing a card.
@MonikaCinnyRoll If you aren't putting your Switch cartridges in your mouth and sucking all the gamer nutrients off them, are you even truly experiencing Garfield Kart?
So the remakes were too cowardly to:
- Do "No Russian" again ("but the credits scene of 2" bite me)
- Actually kill off Ghost in the Shepard betrayal
- Actually kill off ANY major villains
And now we get MW4. Cool, maybe they'll remember stakes in this one.
