Doing tokenized stocks right takes time. Rushing leads to delivery failures.
@SoloTex_com Stock Tokens — coming shortly via @txEcosystem alongside other #RWA — eliminate these issues.
Yes, development took time. But when you buy, you immediately own the underlying shares. Full stop
Anyone who understands basic math knows that recovering from a 91% drawdown requires an 11.1x (1,110%) pump if your token balance stays exactly the same.
But that is exactly where the critic’s logic fails: they are calculating recovery math for a dead, static portfolio.
When I say we will most likely break even on tx:native through PSE, I am not crossing my fingers hoping for an 11x miracle pump—even though the Fibonacci extension targets comfortably sit at $0.10 to $0.17. I am looking at the power of compounding mechanics.
Let’s use the exact example provided by @808cryptobeast:A $1,000 investment split evenly between SOLO and COREUM at the pre-merger snapshot converted into roughly 16,275 TX. At today’s price of ~$0.0055, that static balance looks grim at $89.50.
However, the math completely changes if you have been fully staked from day one.
Because early network participation is lower, initial PSE gains are disproportionately massive. If you are compounding those rewards, your token count isn’t sitting still—it is aggressively multiplying.
Look at the staking models: with a fully staked position, you don't need tx:native to hit $0.0615 (or 11X) to see your $1,000 back. By January 2027, a fully staked holder can achieve a total portfolio break-even at a mere $0.01 per TX (~2X).
That is only a ~100% price increase from here—a minor move that doesn't even require reaching the basic 0.236 Fibonacci retracement level.
For fintechs partnering with institutions in a regulated environment, having the right processes, procedures, and systems in place isn't optional, it's essential.
SOC 2 Type I is a step in that direction, helping to ensure the controls and governance expected of institutional-grade technology companies are in place. Nice work by our team for implementing and executing what's needed to support our continued growth, with additional certifications on the horizon.
tx is now SOC 2 Type I compliant.
This milestone reflects the controls and standards institutions expect from their partners, and a commitment to compliance-first infrastructure.
Institutional trust starts with meeting that bar. It's what tx is built on.
tx leadership was fortunate to meet with SEC Crypto Task Force staff today.
The tx team presented materials focused on three areas that matter for the next phase of tokenized markets:
1. Aligning with existing SEC and FINRA frameworks through regulated-entity partners, while exploring additional potential paths for compliant blockchain-based issuance.
2. Using tx Smart Token functionality to program compliance at the token level, implementing investor eligibility, jurisdictional rules, transfer restrictions, and whitelisting directly within the asset itself.
3. Exploring potential paths toward decentralized secondary market activity that may satisfy evolving regulatory mandates.
Compliance is not a feature. It is the foundation.

Today, @txEcosystem met with the SEC to discuss the future of tokenized RWAs and blockchain-powered capital markets.
We shared TX’s vision for compliance-first infrastructure supporting regulated financial assets onchain through licensed partners.
The next era of finance will be built onchain.

This is one of the biggest crypto-friendly moves to date.
BREAKING: The SEC is set to release its so-called "innovation exemption" for tokenized stocks which will pave the path for trading digital versions of securities, per Bloomberg.
Details include:
1. In a "surprise move," the SEC is leaning toward allowing the trading of tokenized assets
2. These tokenized assets would be tradeable on decentralized crypto platforms
3. The move could "reshape the landscape of the American stock market"
4. This would also be one of the US' biggest shifts into crypto infrastructure yet
Tokenized assets are rapidly expanding.
