Buying a house together is a huge commitment. A financial one and relational one. If the relational commitment isn’t made first, don’t jump into a financial commitment on this scale.

But, if you want to do it anyhow, Order of business is, if it’s your monetary contribution, and/or credit. You should be on the title. Period.
