@Plutus_Support Already send an email. Top up added to late for payment. 72hrs is way over the time stated on the website (and general time it takes). I assume the issue will be handled accordingly.

Or let people know how long this problem will last.

Already send emails, discord, however no solution given.

If not processed soon this has negative impact.
