As a coach, you can’t make all your players happy all the time. You need the courage to do what’s best for the team, even if it upsets some of your players. Focus more on what your players need, not what they want. Be a leader, not a people-pleaser.

* WEEKLY training sessions (no exception)
* Hush the haters when things aren’t perfect - don’t jump on the gossip 🚂
* Be a good teammate
* Self accountability for off games
* Take ownership of YOUR recruitment
* Trust your coach & be trustworthy‼️

🎙️Don’t EXPECT perfection from the people around you. They will always let you down if you do. Nobody is perfect. No program is perfect. Life is MESSY! Just strive for #Excellence in ALL YOU DO. Control what you can control!

✌🏼Sidenote - unless your efficiency is at 113% EVERY GAME don’t expect perfection from a coach/program. We ALL fall short!
