We haven’t got a strong vaccine anymore with the omicron version it evades immunity. With each reinfection your risk increases for severity, death & long covid

So...101 LTC facilities in Ontario now have COVID outbreaks. In fact, new COVID outbreaks more than DOUBLED in LTC facilities over the last week.

Why does being “done with COVID” have to mean more LTC outbreaks & more suffering for our elders?

@MingYLong Pre COVID, Australia never had minimal restrictions placed on its citizens, apart from our driving rules. So that’s why the simple rule of mask wearing has been such an issue in this country, coupled with selfishness that seems to be more contagious in Aus than COVID itself.
