Have you ever wondered what happens when someone clicks on these spam Betway links?

Firstly, it takes you to a page designed to mimic the main login page of Betway, and it prompts you to enter your number and your password

No matter what you type there, it will redirect you to the CDN for the real Betway, and will seem as if they are currently down

What happened in the background is that your login details were sent to the bad actor, and stored on their devices

Then, they’ll copy and paste your details onto the real Betway site, log into your account and withdraw all the funds there as vouchers, and then quickly deposit them on their account before anything happens

They then do some sort of safe flip (Aviator -> 1.1x auto cashout) to allow them to withdraw the voucher as cash/eft

Some of them even chance and withdraw as an ewallet, and then go to the filling station to get the money. They operate at these hours, when everyone is asleep, so that by the time you notice, it’s too late
