ActionSA outperformed metro-wide results in DA suburban strongholds and most support siphoned off DA, likely black DA voters. Areas like Sandown, DA would win wards with 75-80%, in 2021 it was 46%, ActionSA taking 20pts as a new party, potentially good for ANC to sneak wards
