Not sure if I'm a software geek who writes novels, or a writer who pays the bills developing software. Whatever... read my book, it's free.

My brother-in-law is a professor and research scientist. He made this helpful video that explains not only how masks can protect against COVID-19 but also which types of masks work best. Please share to help people make better choices.

Reading about fractional distillation of air, because when Earth flies through the tail of that poison comet, it's the only thing that will save us (don't panic... it's just research for a sci-fi novel). #amwriting#apocalypse
5 things in my WIP:
-Aliens that look like department store mannequins
-A Giant steam powered robot spider
-Malware disguised as a Buddhist monk
-A time traveling linguistic anthropologist
-Space cats
I recently hosted a Camp NaNoWriMo kick-off party. We read excerpts from our current projects, and the laughter and positive feedback I received has me feeling like maybe I really can do this writing thing. #CampNaNoWriMo
Early in my career, a game industry leader told me I was naive to think I could be an evangelist. Another implied latina housekeeper was more my type.
Among many successes since then, I've rep'd latina #gamedev at the US Senate & became an evangelist for my fav game engine. 💃🏽
@theAimeeMeester I loved the allusion to classic comic book artistic style, though my wife found the intentional color offset effect a little jarring at times. Awesome movie regardless.
My students build games from instructions I give them, and sometimes they make awesome improvements. Such as:
when killed, enemies have a disintegrating animation, and a 5% chance of a speech bubble saying "I don't feel so good..." 🤣
I've been trying to get on board with the whole #EatTheRich idea... but honestly, I find most rich people too oily. I'm switching to only eating vegans. #ForHealthReasons
@geninet You can always PM here on Twitter me, or friend me on Facebook and message me there. I welcome any feedback, including (especially) negative feedback... it helps me improve as a writer. :)

@ianrbuck If I have one criticism of my college philosophy course, it was the distorted impression it gave of trolley / pedestrian safety. #IWasPromisedCarnage
