They assured me the refrigerator would be replaced but are now saying only one broken pan will be replaced by the company, however, the refrigerator has multiple broken parts

Please help me take this issue forward to a consumer complaint

Guwahati store Staff is extremely unprofessional and has been changing their stance about the replacement
