@Dashin57@businessXplain Postbank remains 100% government owned. This move is key to Postbank fulfilling its mandate of Financial Inclusion, which is anchored through, among other elements, ACCESSIBILITY...Here we are talking thousands of access points.
@blxckie___ hope you doing well, bhuti. Can you wish my daughter a 16th Birthday. She is your biggest fan. Still trying to take her to your next performance in JHB.
@MarogaKR If she is being quoted correctly, then it's a ploy to create panic amongst beneficiaries, so they change their payment methods from Postbank to Private Banks. However, this should not impact the grant payments.
@BT_Sidyani Postbank already has a section 13 Licence. It is well on track to attaining the ultimate section 16 licence. It is a long process. But Postbank can do pretty much the core of what other banks are currently doing; Save, Transact.
@ThembaGodi_ Postbank is objectively the last line of defense for the vulnerable. Only those using Postbank to get their grant are protected from unauthorized deductions. The only bank where a beneficiary can get 100% of their grant.
@MarogaKR@MohauSam Postbank is currenty the only last defense to beneficiaries being exploited with unlawful deductions. Those who are getting paid through other means other than Postbank will attest to the pain they are feeling with +R165 deductions they likely know nothing about.
@MonethiWilliam@businessXplain The MSA is like the Hospitals. There is the FREE primary health care and paid for Private Hospitals. And schools - public and private. MSA enabled this in the Financial Services side.
@MatshedisoSaka1@businessXplain Not impact to beneficiaries in terms of grants. They still receive their grant as usual.
Simplified view, the MSA is purely about SASSA paying bank fees on behalf of beneficiaries. If the MSA ends, it just means SASSA is saying beneficiaries must pay their own fees.
@BuLiTheNinjA@Postbank_ZA@GCISMedia Hi Sky Ninja,
Would you like us to have a look at the specific issue? Over 2m card users without an issue. Maybe we have a look at yours specifically and understand the challenge.
If you gonna say explosive and career limiting things, better to ocassionaly delete your messages / posts etc. Look now, moral high ground crumbling...
