Omar Abdulkadir Artan’s situation genuinely saddens the heart. 💔😭

The best referee on the African continent and it is unfortunate to see him stuck and still unable to secure a visa to travel for the 2026 World Cup while all other African officials have already arrived.

Omar deserves to be on that global stage on merit. He worked very hard for it.

Hopefully, FIFA, CAF, the Somali authorities and the US Embassy can urgently find a solution and ensure fairness is upheld before it’s too late. 🇸🇴
