BREAKING: US Sanctions Nigerian Bureau De Change Operators Over Alleged ISIS Financing Network

The US has designated a Nigerian national and three Lagos/Kano-based bureau de change companies as alleged financial facilitators for ISIS, as part of a wider crackdown spanning France, Syria, Türkiye and Nigeria.

Named: Mukhtar Adamu Muhammad (Lagos) + Generation Currency BDC, Manhattan BDC, and Nine to Nine Exchange BDC.

The US says these BDCs were allegedly used to move ISIS funds across borders through currency exchange and crypto channels.
