@OsseChi NYC lost 12k residents in ‘25 while increasing housing by 45k. Increased supply and slightly lower demand would mean prices would stay more or less stay the same. They didn’t. In the BX and Queens prices went up less because it isn’t as broker heavy. The landlords thank you.
@RoKhanna Dude, just stop wasting your time. The idiots who believe you didn’t need convincing and didn’t need you to pull your stunt. Everyone with a brain sees this exactly for what it is.
@Owennfa Pensions exist. Ask any teacher. They’re good too and you can retire at 55. $40k of debt out of college is a joke. FHA loans exist too.
Don’t blame boomers for your bad decisions and lack of research. That’s on you, not them.
-Millennial who started with $100k student loans
@cmsinvests Could’ve made the same comment 20 years ago. Now ask someone who started 20 years ago how they are doing, even after going through what happened 18 years ago. Getting pissed about current prices if you’re in it for the long haul is a fools errand.
@halaljew Well, Arthur Av isn’t listed as little Italy either. Instead it is listed as Little Albania…which is also true. Woodlawn also isn’t listed.
The point here isn’t that these ‘hoods do or don’t have recent immigrants from those places but rather that this was a deliberate choice.
@BernieSanders Maybe you should, I dunno, pipe down about endorsements for at least as long as it took you to say something about your boy Platner? Just a thought.
@krystalball Dude put a Nazi tat on his body and yall believed him when he said he didn’t know what it was. Someone makes an accusation, even a credible one, and that is “beyond the pale”.
What if he just said he didn’t know it was sexual assault? Would you clowns continue to support him?
