The more I see the Rice incident the more confused I am

The ball is dead, on the spot where the foul occured. Veltman has DELIBERATELY kicked the ball forwards which surely means the free kick has been taken and the ball is in play? He then commits a red card worthy foul on Rice

All keepers make mistakes. Raya and Ramsdale are similar level IMO. Enjoy the progress instead. There doesn't need to be a war in the club about it.

GK mistakes happen, whether Rambo or Raya (and they are both great keepers). If Arteta was serious in what he said about a competitive Arsenal keeper role- Ramsdale should start next match. I don't think he will, and in any case Raya can bounce back. But will be intersting.
