We as the public have a right to exceptional service delivery as we are actively paying money for a better functioning society. These documents are a necessity and we have followed the right channels, problem is inefficiency here 😒

Our lives are on hold because papers need a stamp 👎🏾 @HomeAffairsSA incompetence is costing us financially and is literally putting our lives on hold. Why can't things function accordingly?? We pay tax for these systems to work! 😤
