I didn't Twitter yesterday.

I sat down at the computer to find a family photo my son needed for class, & got sucked into a vortex of sweet nostalgia, brought on by images of past adventures with my ridiculously cute kids. I barely escaped before midnight.

I could have, but I used that time to stand in front of the aquarium & stare at the fish while I listened to a podcast about productivity. It was nice.

@PNWdeeBerg @jessejanderson Medication makes a big difference. Other strategies I use: alarms/alerts throughout the day, a digital calendar that syncs across platforms, big analog clocks in every room.

& it's not that I NEVER lose track of time now. But it's less often, & I can recall what I was doing.

Today was the first day I attended my new online ADHD writer's club. It's been so long since I had a group like that, I forgot how good for me it is! It's been a long time since I packed so much productivity into such a short time!

Wood stove is having issues, so I've been wearing my coat in the house. Seems logical to me, but my husband suspects a passive-aggressive plot to turn up the electric heat.

Do I seem that high-maintenance? It's temporary. I can handle this for a few days.

@dustinhitz Traumatic events aren't unusual in books. Even if not trauma, there's often a focus on big events or challenging situations. So having characters change in some way isn't really an unrealistic idea.
