The normalization of depression has always puzzled me. If a majority of the population works at a job they dislike, comes home to a relationship without connection, and barely has the financial security to make ends meet, depression is the natural response.

Human beings have emotional, relational, and spiritual needs.

Toronto spends 3.1 million dollars on policing a DAY. 1/3 of that figure alone could house/ pay the rent of over 80+ houseless people for over a year.

But Toronto would rather criminalize people for being houseless in a park.
