@WeAreOpenreach@mjquinnhq you installed FTTP on behalf of Sky for me today. What in the Christ is this?! Didn’t consult with me before he did it, because there’s no way I’d approve that. It’s so bad, it’s almost funny.
@KingOtheNorth31 Pretty certain all of Motherwell could hear my rage all the way from Cardiff when that goal went in. At least we get longer to rest before the final.
The dealer is as miffed about this as I am. They get loads of enquiries from older customers mostly who aren’t able to do this at home. While I can do it, if I’m paying £250 for a service, surely this should be included? Especially if you’re advertising this on your website.
@Hyundai_UK hello. Your website states when I bring my car in for its service, it can have the infotainment and navigation software updated. I asked for this at my local dealer and they’ve told me it’s no longer possible because you’ve revoked their access.
@euronics_UK hello, I would love to chat to you about one of your stores trying to pass additional costs onto me while they replace an oven under consumer law. They also had me waiting around for 2 months because they couldn’t understand how to process a manufacturer uplift code.
Especially when the person sat directly in front of you is one of the many people you’re getting chopsy about. Asked him a few questions… turns out he’s never actually been to Fife 🙄
As a Fifer living in Cardiff, I’ve always enjoyed going to the Vindico to watch my boys play the Devils. But last night, this guy sat directly behind me starts slagging off Fife and the people there. Be annoyed at the organisation. Be annoyed at the players. Don’t be a dick.
@itvMLshow would love you to look into @HisenseUK and their warranties. Refusing to offer a replacement oven that’s covered by their warranty. Refusing to address my complaint. Won’t tell me if they’re part of an ADR scheme. Check their trustpilot to see how widespread it is..!
@HisenseUK@BBCWatchdog finally received a responaw today, still no acknowledgement of several points of ny complaint, refusal to tell me if they’re part of an ADR scheme and no plan going forward. Pretty certain that’s illegal?
@BBCWatchdog hello. Might be worth having a look into @HisenseUK and their dodgy warranties. Spend 10 minutes on their TrustPilot page and you’ll see there is something massively wrong. I would LOVE to tell you about their refusal to replace an oven and how they’ve consistently
ignored several parts of a formal complaint I’ve been in contact with them about since the start of December. I’m sure there are lots of other people who would be delighted to have you involved.
@HisenseUK hello. Who is the best person to speak to regarding an ongoing repair (you’ve put the incorrect email address as my contact and nobody will change it)? Ive had an engineer out 4 times for an oven repair over the last 5 weeks and nobody from Hisense has reached out.
Had a 2021 75” Samsung NeoQLED 8K tv (their top of the range model) which was replaced under Consumer Law in January because of a manufacturing fault with the panel, which failed. The retailer were excellent and replaced it with the 2024 model. £4000 worth of TV.
I now have to wait for Samsung to call me back to explain why they e cancelled my repair, saying I’ve cancelled it and that they were trying to contact me to arrange the repair despite it already being arranged…
