@pokemondealsuk Had this issue until today. Finally managed to update payment successfully. I found that for payment they do not like visa so try using a Mastercard. Also double check make sure billing details and card details are correct

@pokemondealsuk For me I get “Error occurred while processing payment” each time I hit Update Payment. Tried on multiple devices, multiple cards, different browsers, cleared cache and still nothing
