@dbrand Just wanted to let you and everyone else that purchased the Killswitch 2 know, that the included sticker that protects the bottom USBC port starts to shed and can cause the dock to malfunction, luckily I was able to remove the fragments and it works fine again!

@iRobot Thank you for getting back to me, I should have turned my notifications back on or else I would have responded sooner. I figured it out earlier today by verifying my email on my laptop first then booting up the app. I am all set and it works like a charm!

@iRobot is there an issue with your mobile app? I can’t get past the “verify your email with the code sent” page no matter how many times I request a code and enter it. It just stays loading indefinitely. I deleted and reinstalled the app a few times too to no avail. LMK

@AspenClean My wife and I LOVE your dishwasher pods. They work great! With that said, my recent batches have shown up with multiple pods popped. I returned the first batch I got a week ago and ordered a replacement. Then I open the replacement and it’s the same. Please help?
