Imam #Hussain (as) took Hurr in his arms and said, “Hurr, my friend, I forgive you. I assure you that my grandfather, the Holy Prophet (pbuh) also forgives you.”
What a beautiful forgiveness ❤️
Shrine of Hurr who taught us the definition of repentance
O Imam Mahdi…
Today I was thinking about the words of Shaheed Mohsen Hojaji to his young son:
"My dear son, I named you Ali, so that your Mawla becomes Ali (AS), your leader becomes Ali (AS), and your role model becomes Ali (AS). Try to live the lifestyle of Imam Ali (AS) so that you become one of the soldiers of Imam al-Zaman (AS)."
My Imam… perhaps that is what I fear most about myself. Not whether I claim to love you, but whether I am becoming the kind of person who could ever stand beside you.
The martyrs did not become your soldiers on the battlefield. They became your soldiers long before that... when they disciplined their souls, struggled against their desires, remained loyal to truth, and made Ali (AS) the example by which they measured their lives.
My master… I do not want to merely wait for you with my words. I want to prepare for you with my actions. Help me to live in a way that brings me closer to Ali (AS), because every step towards Ali is a step towards you.
And if one day you call for your companions, then do not let me be among those who loved you in their hearts but failed to prepare for you in their lives.
Congratulations on Eid al-Ghadir!
Ahmad ibn Hanbal narrates from Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Among you is one who will fight for the interpretation (ta'wīl) of the Qur'an just as I fought for its revelation (tanzīl)...
