Any Ecom guys seeing this based down in Sussex? Brighton, Eastbourne, Rye etc?
Keen to try get a new group together with mutual interests. Build together, push together ๐๐ฝ
@the_alex_d_ Honestly, a higher level of this is to just absolutely NAIL community as a whole. Get customers involved in new product dev etc and all this becomes basic. It doesnโt need to be OTT if community is dialled ๐๐ฝ
@conortrains Dropshippers are by far the best advertisers out there. They learn to be lean and focus on first order profitability which is a mega skill to have. Makes scale so much quicker. But 99% have no moat around their product. If they move into branded, itโs a dangerous combo ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
100% the biggest leverage AI is giving RN is in content production and web dev. The barrier to create a GREAT looking brand and site is so low, itโs almost ridiculous.
A kid in a bedroom can now achieve what a brand 3 years ago would of spent 50K+ on.
Unreal.
Definitely think that if youโre starting a brand, especially for the first time, going super niche is one of the strongest levers you can pull. 90+% of people try and sell to everyone.
Go niche, build a tribe & print ๐ธ
Itโs ok to not be massive. Itโs cool to be highly profitable, itโs impressive to be highly profitable. Itโs cool to wake up and do what the fuck you want.
Focus on YOUR LIFESTYLE. Donโt get consumed and look back in 10 years and think fuck what happened..
You donโt need to build a multi million ยฃยฃ turnover business to be happy. In fact youโll likely be happier with a much smaller one.
Chances are, youโre not going to either and thatโs ok. The happiest people I know are running smaller turnover HIGH PROFIT brands.
Soโฆ.
Iโd rather take slow mornings with my kids, no investor pressure, no offices overheads, + calmness over high growth stress everyday of the week.
Unless youโre building a powerhouse, category leader that youโre going to invest 3-5 years of your life into and then sell.
Chill
Has anyone else seen a massive, unexplained dive in Meta conversion performance this month?
All our key metrics are consistent- CPM, frequency, CTR etc. but conversions & ad engagement massively down.
I thought it may be a targeting issue, but frequency says otherwise?!
